I am starting to think about booking travel arrangements. What time do I need to be where on day one and what time will the conference finish?

Starting time

The conference will start in the afternoon of Monday April 7. Registration will be from Noon to 4pm at the Methodist Church in Blenheim.
There will be Coffee and Tea facilities at the registration venue.
Depending on demand we will look at providing transport from the Airport & Ferry Terminal.
After registration people can leave their bags and go on suggested walking tours around the town, go shopping or just chill out.
We will all gather and go to the Marae at a set time.

Finishing time

At the end of the conference we are suggesting people make bookings no sooner than 2pm on the Friday – we will run a bus to the Airport or Nelson Central .

Is there any problem with overseas payment?

We have become aware that the NZ banks are charging $12 to clear overseas electronic

money transfers. This has not been allowed for in the budget so regretfully we have to

ask Overseas people to include an extra $12 to the cost; example $275 + $12 = $289.

Please also make sure any bank charges at point of origin are paid.
